Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are factory and doing exporting by ourself.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 2-20 days, most regular items, we have rich stock, and we can deliver in 2-7 days, production of order normal takes about 10-20 days.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Samples and trial order are both available, the sample can be free if it's not a big value, customer is supposed to take the courier charge.

A: Mainly T/T - 30% down payment + 70& balance against copy of B/L
